Intuitive eating is a non-diet approach to health that helps you rebuild trust with your body. Instead of counting calories or restricting certain foods, we focus on honoring hunger, respecting fullness, and finding satisfaction in eating again. It’s evidence-based, compassionate, and flexible.

Nope. While some people’s weight may shift, intuitive eating is not a weight loss program. The goal is to support your overall health and well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally -without tying your worth to a number on the scale.

It might feel that way at first (especially if you’ve been depriving yourself), but over time, your body will crave a variety of foods including fruits, vegetables, and balanced meals. Together, we’ll work through that process so food feels both free and satisfying—not chaotic.

Absolutely. While one component of intuitive eating is unconditional permission to eat, gentle nutrition is a key principle. We’ll look at ways to support your health without falling back into restrictive patterns. That might mean adding heart-healthy fats, getting more fiber, or finding meals that actually keep you full and energized.

The Full Plate Community is a counselor-led, safe space to reconnect with your body, explore intuitive eating, and build community with others who are ready to stop dieting for good.  Memberships include:
